On-line Ordering
We would like to make ordering as convenient as possible for our customers. We accept Visa, MasterCard and
American Express. Our site utilizes a secure on-line ordering system. 4 Seasons Gift Baskets is a division of Specialty
Enterprises and the charge on your credit card statement will appear as Specialty Enterprises. Customer information is
not shared or sold. We also accept personal checks and money orders via US Mail.
4 Seasons wants you as a satisfied customer, one who will return to our site for future orders. Please see our

below if you have any problems with your Gift Basket order.
To Place an order On-line
4 Seasons Gifts and Baskets web site contains detailed information about each product. After you are through browsing
our pages, select the products you would like and then enter a quantity next to the appropriate items. You will then be able to
complete your purchase on our Secure Online Order Form. If you are sending a
gift, please complete the Ship To
information. For information about shipping rates select Shipping and
Handling.

Want to send the same basket to several people? Here's a short cut to reentering the order for every recipient: - Place an order for the number of baskets.
- In the
order notes section
of the secure order form, note that this is a multiple basket order.
- Send us an email with the additional recipients names, addresses, and telephone numbers.
Don't forget to include a message for every recipient.
We will send you an order verification Email.
Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping
Your Gift Basket order will be shipped within 48
hours of your credit card being charged. Orders received after 5:00 pm MST
will not be processed until the next
business day (Next business day does not include weekends or Holidays).
Returns
Returns on Gift Baskets may be made up to 15 days after shipment and must be sent by insured mail to:

We will refund the price charged for the Gift Basket. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
Availability
Should any Gift Basket product become unavailable, it will be replaced with merchandise of equal or greater value
to prevent delays in shipping your order. Individual out-of-stock items will be back-ordered for you. You will be
notified immediately if any items are discontinued.
